Group Meditation Timings - Noida Ashram

“Group meditation is a castle that protects the new spiritual aspirants as well as the veteran meditators. Meditating together increases the degree of Self-realization of each member of the group by the law of invisible vibratory exchange of group magnetism.”

Guidelines for Group Meditation:

We appreciate your consideration in following these guidelines while meditating with others:

  1. Please arrive on time. Once the session starts, entering the hall may disturb the meditation of fellow devotees.
  2. Kindly switch off your mobile phone or put it on silent mode..
  3. If you have a cough or cold or any other condition that creates noise, please meditate in your room. If you suddenly start coughing during a group meditation, please go outside the hall to recover. You may continue meditation in your room or join the group meditation during the next chanting period.
  4. Similarly, if you have to step out of the meditation hall for some reason, you may join the group meditation during the next chanting period.
  5. You may adjust the height of your armrest before meditation begins or during a chanting session.
  6. Women devotees wearing bangles are requested to be careful that they do not make any noise.
  7. Please practise your Kriya softly so that it does not disturb others.
